I earned a master's degree in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. My education and training have shaped my passion for helping others with compassion and patience. My approach is to meet clients where they are, combining evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I empower clients with skills, insight, and support to foster meaningful change. I truly enjoy working with clients of all ages, offering compassionate support to those navigating disordered eating, addictive behaviors, trauma, and relationship challenges. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
