Getting to know Elizabeth Mason

Welcome to Allies in Resilience! My clients are strong, self-aware, and resilient-but they've carried heavy burdens for too long. They've survived hardships and adapted to stressors, but now they're ready to pause, reflect, and heal. They want more than just validation; they need real change. Maybe they struggle with self-doubt, anxiety, or patterns they can't break. They want to understand themselves, trust their choices, break intergenerational cycles, and step into self-acceptance. They're looking for an ally-someone who sees their strength, challenges them with care, and helps them go from just surviving to actually thriving. I bring to this work a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Quinnipiac University, a Bachelor's degree from Rhode Island College, and clinical fellowship training at Yale University, all of which inform my compassionate and evidence-based approach.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is interactive, direct, and collaborative. I challenge my clients while offering support to untangle what no longer serves you. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath your patterns and build something new. And if you’re open to it, I love teaching skills—practical tools to help you take care of yourself before, during, and after sessions with me.
