It's tricky being a person. Talk therapy can help. Life can be complicated. Maybe you're going through a big change, feeling overwhelmed by your thoughts, or wondering why you've been stuck in the same patterns. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to figure it out on your own. Sometimes the ways we've always coped stop working as well as they once did. Therapy can help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Talk therapy can help by providing a structured space to: Understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Work through stress, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges. Develop coping strategies and communication skills. Explore personal goals, values, and identity. Feel heard by someone trained to listen without judgment. It's not only for crises or mental health diagnoses. Some people use therapy much like they would coaching, education, or preventative healthcare: as a way to better understand themselves and handle life's complexities.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
