Getting to know Elizabeth Morris

Hello, I'm Elizabeth. As a therapist with over 10 years of experience, I have worked with a wide variety of people as an advocate and ally, helping them heal and grow through the therapy process. Beginning to look for a therapist can induce anxiety, but know that taking this step is already a major sign of growth. I help work through the chaos inside one's head to identify the actual causes of anxiety, stress, and depression. In sessions, it can be a time to "vent," but more importantly, to identify the causes of stressors and what is and is not in your control. I help people learn to set boundaries, work on self-care, develop coping skills, and be true to their authentic selves. I have always been an advocate for those who feel their voices are unheard, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, TBI survivors, neurodivergent individuals, college students, and women seeking to find their self-worth. My approach is person-centered, and by working together, we will decide which therapeutic techniques will work best for you as an individual. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively on their healing journeys.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
