Getting to know Elizabeth Nowlin

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the state of Kentucky. I earned a Master's in Social Work and I have been practicing for 13 years. I help adolescences and adults find ways to heal from their trauma, help them become more self aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, and discuss what you are looking for in your therapeutic experiences. This will help me form a tailored plan for the direction we will go in our following session. My greatest strength as a therapist is my empathic nature and my drive to assist others in problem solving. I want my clients to feel that they are heard and understood. My goal is to get you to the place that you strive to be. I work with people who are of age 12 to 70 and above. I help individuals who are in need finding happiness, balance and fulfillment.
