Do you know that the greatest distance in life is often found between the head and the heart? How do we grow more distant or disconnected from ourselves? Through an unexpected life change that causes you to question your sense of self? A persistent search for connection or meaning that leaves you feeling disappointed and that something is missing from your life? How does this show up in your life? In addiction, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, codependency, or loss of fulfillment or purpose? Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck? Together, we will create a safe space for you to identify what keeps you from living your life fully. We will utilize mindfulness and healing techniques to build a stronger relationship with yourself, freeing you to live in balance with self-compassion from the inside out. You deserve a safe place to heal and grow. Using a whole self-approach that addresses the needs of your mind, body, and spirit, I will empower you to move forward in your life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University, which informs my compassionate and holistic approach to care.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
