Elizabeth Page, LCSW

Psychotherapist
TX
With a deep understanding of the complexities of loss, grief and trauma, I am dedicated to helping individuals regain balance, build resilience, strength, and pathways to healing in the midst of life’s challenges while honoring their experiences. I understand that life’s unexpected turns—whether through loss, illness, or traumatic events—can disrupt every aspect of your well-being, including emotional health, relationships, spirituality, and daily functioning. I recognize that grief is not just about death—it can stem from the loss of a marriage, career changes, medical conditions, disabilities, and traumatic events. My goal is to support individuals in finding healthy ways to navigate these challenges while fostering healing and personal growth. I am a compassionate and experienced counselor with over 30 years of experience as a social worker, specializing in grief, trauma, life transitions, medical challenges, disabilities, caregiving, and supporting crime victims. I have extensive experience working in medical settings and with crime victims, including supporting families facing serious diagnoses such as cancer and assisting individuals navigating the criminal justice system after experiencing violent crimes. My work has included providing crisis intervention and helping crime victims cope with emotional, psychological, and physical impacts. For those who find faith an essential part of their journey, I am open to incorporating spirituality into counseling sessions. As a Christian, I understand the role that faith can play in healing, but I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs. You will guide whether or not spirituality is part of your counseling process. The counseling tools I use include a trauma-informed approach, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a strength-based perspective.
