Reaching out for help is a big step. I’m glad you’re here. I help people who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, stress, depression, and/or grief. I also support those struggling through life transitions, complicated relationships, and recovery from substance use. Additionally, I enjoy working with adults with ADHD and late-recognized Autism. While I cannot diagnose Autism or ADHD, I can help you use self-accommodation and self-acceptance to better navigate your day-to-day life. As a neurodivergent person myself, I understand the challenges of living in a world that wasn’t built for you. We can work together to make life more comfortable. Together, we can find tools to better manage symptoms and ways to make life more enjoyable. My hope for you is to find peace and contentment. I strive to accomplish this with a warm and direct style, using humor when appropriate because I believe laughter is good medicine. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Webster University. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and work with clients aged 18 and older. I see clients Tuesday through Thursday with appointments available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All sessions are 100% virtual. Please call or email me with any questions or to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
