Getting to know Elizabeth Pritchett

You’re used to being the one people count on. You show up, hold it together, keep things moving even when you’re exhausted or on edge. You probably experienced anxiety or unsure of what you need. Maybe you’ve started to ask yourself: “When do I get a break for myself? Who holds me?” That’s where I come in. My work centers on helping women like you find relief, clarity, and direction on your terms. If you’re ready to feel grounded again (or for the first time), I’m here to walk that path with you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. We slow things down. We get honest. We make room for the parts of you that have been pushed aside—your needs, your boundaries, your voice. I’ll challenge the patterns that keep you stuck in burnout, perfectionism, or self-doubt but I’ll do it with warmth, humor, and real respect for your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first meeting we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for in a therapist, and goals for what you would want to accomplish during therapy. The first few sessions in therapy are where we establish our therapeutic relationship and build trust. It is the time where we will both ask questions. I invite all clients to ask questions and be open and honest about how they are experiencing our work together. Feedback is one of the core principles of successful therapy. I welcome it in every session, starting from the beginning.

We were laughing a lot and it really made the process of opening up very easy.
I enjoy every therapy session and the difference of persepctive is insightful. I love our conversations. Ms. Elizabeth really cares.
Working with this therapist has been an absolutely transformative experience, as her exceptional expertise and compassionate approach create a profoundly safe space for healing. She possesses a rare ability to listen deeply and provide highly effective, practical guidance tailored to individual needs. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly phenomenal professional who can guide them toward meaningful growth and lasting positive change.
I have been seeing Elizabeth for 1.5 years and she truly genuinely cared for me, but always balanced it with routines guidance and gentle honesty. Shes a key part of a reason why I got through my anxiety and depression and how I graduated therapy. She was incredibly flexible - if I was seeking for a more personable experience she accomodated, if I needed more guidance, she would challenge. She’s one of a kind.
I finally found a therapist who is not just there to listen and watch me speak all session long. The feedback, the questions, the accountability has made these therapy sessions major towards my change.
It was a very productive one. There was dialogue, I didn't feel like I was a furniture as I felt in the past with other providers.
Great therapy experience. I learned a lot and what I loved most was tracking my progress from our therapy sessions which was the perfect recommendation. I truly enjoyed the advice I got overall and said my affirmations everyday.
The therapist was very honest and upfront during the consultation on skillsets that could be applied to help me and where her limitations were. I have a deeply traumatic past and have been in therapy for over 10 years. I am grateful to have completed the consultation with this therapist because of the resources and clear direction of what I should be looking for considering the help I need. Very kind, soft spoken, and very willing to help. Great consultation experience.
I felt a genuine sense of care and understanding. The therapist created a calm space that made it easy to open up. I left feeling seen and hopeful about starting therapy.
Ms Elizabeth is great. She was there ready to go as I entered the room. Our session flew by so fast because of our conversation. She really took the time to listen and give me amazing advice, even left me with an affirmation that made me feel great. 10/10!
Starting therapy with Ms. Elizabeth was the best decision I ever made. She was consistently there for me open to providing a different perspective and has supported me emotionally. I knew from her thorough intake session that she was a great match instead of going with a therapist that just listens to me talk. I've received so much insight and coping skills that I am now carrying with me til this day.
