What should a new client know about working with you?

With over 8 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults, I am able to help my clients navigate the different difficulties that come up in this phase of life. I help my clients by providing a non-judgmental and collaborative space to explore thoughts and emotions. I use evidence-based techniques such as CBT and trauma-informed care to foster self-awareness, promote personal growth, and build emotional regulation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’ll ask about your current concerns, medical history, mental health background, and any treatments you’ve tried. We’ll explore your symptoms in depth to understand what might be contributing to them. I use clinical interviews, standardized questionnaires (if needed), and a biopsychosocial approach—considering biological, psychological, and social factors. Based on our discussion, I’ll provide feedback, offer a working diagnosis (if appropriate), and present treatment options. These may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination.
