Struggling to voice your feelings or thoughts? Feeling misunderstood by those around you? I'm here to help you tackle and decode complex areas of your life that cause you distress or bewilderment. Seeking therapy doesn't necessarily imply that something is wrong, even though embarking on this path may be daunting. Your bravery is appreciated here— come as you are. Wondering how therapy will be for you? I assure you of providing a secure, inviting, and prejudice-free area, here you can share as little or as much as you wish. Together, we will untangle your mental knots, enabling you to regain control of your life. While I'll pose challenges at times, I'll respect your pace throughout the journey. The power to flourish is within you, and I'm here to help you manifest it. I adopt trauma-aware, evidence-based practices to address issues related to addiction, abuse, and stress/burnout. As a proud queer therapist, I'm enthusiastic about assisting the LGBTQIA+ community. My academia journey began with earning my psychology bachelor's from the University of Central Florida in 2015. I proceeded to acquire a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Stetson University in 2018. I gained my license in 2020 and am aspiring towards becoming a national certified counselor and a mentor for registered clinical mental health counseling apprentices. I have experience in various professional environments, starting from private practice to school settings and medication-assisted treatment centers. Beyond my professional life, I'm a delighted pet mother to two cat-dog hybrids, Hazel and Francis, and Linus, the most laid-back rabbit you'll ever encounter. My love for exploring various markets, practicing yoga and meditation, and learning about holistic wellness makes me who I am. I relish beach days as much as binge-watching docu-series at home. Brunch is my preferred meal, and autumn, my favored season. I await getting to know you better!
