Getting to know Elizabeth Sellari
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, OCD, depression, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is warm and collaborative, blending practical tools with insight to help you move forward in ways that fit your life.
I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana State University and my Bachelor's degree from Rhodes College. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor‚ Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) in Tennessee, and I bring 20 years of experience supporting clients on their journey toward growth and healing.
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place to be heard, understood and encouraged in their growth. Outside of sessions, I enjoy spending time with my three cats, Robert, DiCaprio, and Cage, and relaxing at the pool, which helps me stay balanced and fully present with clients.

Elizabeth is awesome. She is really helping me to work through things and become more aware of my emotions and work through them. She also introduced me to shadow work which has been very helpful in working through things from my past that still impact me today.
