I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and have a deep passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, especially those form marginalized and underserved communities. Since childhood, I've been drawn to helping others, which naturally guided me toward a career in mental health care. My therapeutic approach is rooted in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy, offering clients practical tools for healing and personal growth. Facilitating change in behavior to enhance, maximize and maintain optimal functioning is my primary goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Outside of work, enjoy cooking, spending family time with my family, and being outdoors - activities that keep me grounded and balanced.
