While working on shifting your perspective to a more positive one, your self-esteem will increase and foster healthier relationships. I am trained to utilize both talk therapy and art therapy to assist you in working through your struggles. Using art therapy has many benefits. It is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, express thoughts and feelings that are difficult to put into words, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and help resolve internal and external conflicts. Although art therapy can be utilized at any age and has many benefits, it may only be for some. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Caldwell University and a Bachelor's degree from Saint Elizabeth University. I'll work with you to determine what treatment modality will best achieve your goals and help you work toward your ideal self. I encourage you to express and communicate your needs to ensure you get the most from this experience. I am here to help you achieve those goals and support you in the process, one session at a time.
