Are you looking for a therapy experience where you are safe from judgment, heard for who you are, and walk away feeling stronger for tomorrow? Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or have participated before and are looking for something different, welcome to this space-I look forward to talking with you! I earned my Bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo (North Campus) and my Master's in Social Work from the University at Buffalo (South Campus) School of Social Work in 2011. What should a new client know about working with you?

Leading with empathy and a bit of appropriately timed humor, I foster a collaborative, trauma informed approach, meeting you where you are and I am experienced in working with anxiety reduction, anger management, substance abuse recovery, navigating different relationships, and life after service. I love to laugh, I love to listen and I love to problem solve together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Not every therapist is for everyone, and my experience working in different settings, including Veterans' Affairs (VA), outpatient community clinics, and in programs, has allowed me perspective to help you address many of life's challenges. We can navigate relationship roles or difficult relationships, course through various traumas, and work on achieving your goals. People come to me for a fresh perspective, someone to walk beside them in their journey, and to feel safe to find their place in the world. This work can be tough, and you don't have to do it alone. It takes courage to be here. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.
