What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with kids, teens and adults with neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, and other barriers to function and joy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I enjoy getting to know my clients and working together using humor, connection, and non-judgemental openness. I meet you where you're at, challenging you when you want it and gently listening when you don't need the challenge. My goal is to be a tool for you to use to discover your needs and work towards your goals. A first session is a "get to know you" session. We're doing a vibe check, and if we decide to keep working together we'll have an idea of what that looks like by the end of session one. It can be goal-oriented, talk-focused, and anywhere in-between.

  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
