I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis University and hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and social work. I'm also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

What should a new client know about working with you?

My background in psychology and social work has provided me with the skills to service individuals in the community, as well as work effectively with a diverse population. My areas of specialty include substance abuse, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, and mindfulness. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of challenges including those listed above as well as relationship issues, anger management, improving low self-esteem and self-confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I possess a genuine enthusiasm for working with adolescents and adults. My passion is helping individuals evaluate their abilities to develop realistic goals through using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. I create a safe space to allow my clients to trust and feel comfortable being vulnerable. My goal is to help clients explore areas of their life that needs improvement and to reach their highest potential self.
