Getting to know Elizabeth Teboh

Hello there, I'm Elizabeth. How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage, and overcome daily and other life struggles? I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related issues, and more. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes, and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on your identified needs and goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

"Treating each person uniquely with respect, sensitivity, and compassion is important to me. My approach is building a therapeutic relationship and a safe and comfortable place for you to express yourself free of judgment because I believe healing starts with feeling safe and having a good rapport. I also believe in meeting clients where they are; meaning where you wish to start in the therapeutic process, I will start there with you. Some visits would be challenging as we explore some life experiences but my goal and wish for the visits is that you leave feeling better than when you came. Our visits would involve collaborative work as well as empowering you to better understand how to manage and overcome life’s challenges. You can also expect to learn skills and new alternative ways to think and manage challenges in more suitable and assertive ways to improve daily living. "

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
