Getting to know Elizabeth Teti

I believe that we all struggle from time to time, whether it be feeling anxious or depressed, or struggling from core issues, and traumas. Therapy should be a safe space to to explore these issues and learn more about ourselves. I am a therapist that has worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, recovery from substance abuse and I am passionate about helping people heal. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified yoga teacher. I believe there’s a strong connection between our body and our minds and our coping skills lying between.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our initial session, I will gather information so I can truly understand what brings you to therapy the nature of your issues, and how we can develop a plan together to move forward and help you work towards your goals.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
