What should a new client know about working with you?

Sometimes we all need a little extra help to process difficult emotions and situations that have come our way. I support you in reaching the goals that you have identified and reshape negative emotions, so you can process through the event and give it new meaning. I will collaborate with you to discuss what you would like to address in a way that you are most comfortable with. My approach combines a person-centered mindfulness based theoretical perspective with narrative therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide an unbiased, objective, non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for you to feel heard and understood. Together we will collaborate to validate your feelings, challenge your thoughts, support your decisions and brainstorm solutions. I hope to help you become the greatest version of yourself. I understand that making the decision to begin therapy can be challenging. I am here for you and will always work to best accomodate your needs.
