Psychotherapist
MO
I'm a small-town woman who has navigated life's joys, transitions, and challenges, including divorce, raising and caring for a child with special needs, loss, love, and the unexpected turns that are part of being human. These experiences have shaped not only who I am, but also the compassion, perspective, and understanding I bring to my work as a therapist and life and wellness coach. I have a passion for connecting with real people facing real challenges. I work with individuals who are looking for more than simply a place to talk; they want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them from living the life they want. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to be honest about where we are and hopeful enough to believe that something different is possible. My approach is warm, thoughtful, collaborative, and straightforward. I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment, while also helping them look honestly at what may be preventing them from moving forward. Together, we can explore patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences, while developing practical tools that support healthier choices, stronger boundaries, greater confidence, and lasting personal growth. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege when someone chooses to share their story with me. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, understood, and supported as we work toward greater clarity and a more intentional and fulfilling life. I would welcome the opportunity to connect with you, learn about your story, and explore how I can support you in moving forward. When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me traveling with my children, playing pickleball or mah-jongg, or listening to a good podcast.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
