We believe there is no real divide between our personal and professional selves. The same patterns, values, and challenges shape how we love, live, work, and are seen by others. By integrating psychotherapy and coaching, we help people align who they are on the inside with how they show up in the world, supporting growth that is grounded, authentic, and sustainable. Growth happens at key moments—when awareness deepens, support is present, and new choices become possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a supportive, thoughtful approach grounded in unconditional positive regard, where exploration, growth, and lasting change can unfold safely. My work is designed to support the whole person—recognizing that who you are at work, at home, and in the world is deeply connected. Our sessions are collaborative and individualized, shaped by your unique goals, challenges, and strengths. There are no “right” or “wrong” ways to be—only patterns that move you toward what matters and those that don’t. We’ll approach the work with curiosity, practicality, and even humor, building insight, confidence, and grounded self-awareness along the way. You are the expert on you; my role is to support, challenge, and catalyze growth—so the best of you shows up, everywhere.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

One-on-one sessions provide a flexible opportunity for growth, drawing from psychotherapy and/or coaching, depending on your needs. Sessions may focus on emotional well-being, relationships, decision-making, leadership growth and challenges, or life transitions—always guided by what will be most helpful in the moment. Assessments may be part of the session, as they offer structured insight into patterns, strengths, and areas for development. For some clients, visibility is an important aspect of their growth as a leader. Visibility supports how you express and share who you are externally. This includes developing your voice through intentional and purpose-driven writing, refining professional presence, supporting executive and board
