What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a strong passion for supporting children and adolescents facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and behavioral concerns. I believe that no two individuals experience mental health challenges in the same way, and will draw from a variety of treatment modalities to provide personalized and effective care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and validating space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. I primarily utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian Play Therapy in my work, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I am currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and have completed Level One of Adlerian Play Therapy Training.
