What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe and cozy place for clients to feel at ease in diving deep on their needs. As a clinician, I pride myself in offering a non-judgemental approach to change. You're feelings will be validated, and normalized. Your change will be encouraged when needed, and we will approach this change together at your own pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial session, I will welcome you into the office and give you a small tour which include our lobby with coffee and tea ready for you. The office tends to get cold, therefore I provide soft and comfy blankets available to you. These blankets are warm, clean and desinfected every use. Following the tour, we will dive deep into the difficulties you are experiencing. We will discuss what you want your life to look like after therapy, and how to get your life and self back. Most clients can see an improvement within the first month of meeting with me and sustained improvement thereafter.
