At all times, I ensure a person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic approach that helps you make that distinction between how you see yourself and who you truly are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My path to becoming a therapist began with the sudden death of my father when I was 18. I struggled immensely with grief and traumatic stress until I found the right therapist to guide me through healing. That experience deepened my commitment to providing trauma-informed care for others, helping those affected by loss with compassion and sometimes a little humor when appropriate.
