"Welcome. Starting therapy takes courage, I provide a safe space to address your concerns. The choice of therapist can be overwhelming, hence I offer a first call to discuss therapy, answer queries, and check our compatibility.
I was trained at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley, CA, and ran a private practice there. My clientele varied from stressed students to trauma survivors to people with depression and anxiety. My approach to treatment is individual-based and collaborative.
I use relational psychodynamic therapy to connect past experiences with the present to gain insights. Additionally, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to link moods to thinking patterns, offering new perspectives and flexibility in self-perception.
Choosing therapy as a career came from seeing its impact on people. Having experienced therapy myself, I understood its influence in understanding myself better. Originally a writer, I use writing in healing processes. Apart from my career, I enjoy gardening, reading, and writing, and cherish my friendships.
