Therapy works — I know because it’s worked for me. My passion for mental health comes from personal experience, and every tool I share is one I’ve seen make a real difference. I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and focused on what helps you feel better in your daily life. I specialize in trauma and EMDR, as well as depression and addiction. Fully trained by the EMDR Institute in California, I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused strategies to help you build coping skills, manage chronic stress, and adjust to life’s changes. Whether you’re seeking short-term goals or deeper healing, we’ll find what works Our sessions will start with getting a full picture of your life—your routines, relationships, and current stressors—so we can build a treatment plan that feels achievable. From there, we’ll work toward reducing symptoms, finding clarity, and developing lasting coping techniques. I’m down-to-earth, open-minded, and nonjudgmental. I accept all lifestyles that
