I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of clinical, volunteer and life experience. I grew up living in many different countries which has given me a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation within multicultural diversity. I primarily work with adolescents, young adults, adults and older adults drawing on numerous research-based therapies specific to one's needs to support and foster healing and self-discovery. I welcome the opportunity to share space with you. I specialize in: trauma, loss and grief, depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, codependency, divorce, parenting, self-esteem, life transitions, women's issues, men facing challenges and mind/body connection.
