I am a trauma-certified and informed practitioner at my core, working in all types of trauma but specializing in sexual issues. I am licensed to practice in three states —Nevada, Kentucky, and Ohio —and certified in telemental health. I work at the intersection of mental health and sexual wellness, supporting clients who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, intimacy issues, pornography use, and relational conflict. I offer a space that’s compassionate, curious, and focused on lasting change, not just symptom relief. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with deep exploration of the emotional and relational roots of behavior. We’ll work together to make sense of your patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward a life that feels more intentional and aligned with your values. I strive to create a safe space that respects individuals' cultural experiences and viewpoints. I am well-versed in working with individuals from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds, with a particular focus on members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I provide LGBTQ+ and non-heteronormative affirming services. I am also a veteran of the U.S. Army and enjoy working with other veterans and service members.
