What should a new client know about working with you?

I do not take myself all that seriously, but take the work I do very seriously. I love having the opportunity to help others along the path toward their truest self. Together we can navigate these changes in a healthy and proactive way. I would be honored to be alongside you in your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I truly believe that by developing a strong partnership, utilizing their strengths and resources, people can face challenges and reach goals.
