LET ME HELP YOU HEAL AND GROW. As we move through life, events and circumstances may occasionally disrupt our forward movement. These blocks often show up as anxiety, depression, conflict, or an escape into addictions (both minor and major). However, I firmly believe that within everyone is an innate pull towards health and wholeness. Think about it. The fact that you’re reading this is evidence that you are ready to grow and transform, right? In therapy, you'll reconnect and align with this inner movement toward health and growth.
I provide my clients with a holistic approach to handling all of life’s challenges. This simply means looking at you in all areas of your life and then providing interventions that support your mental, emotional, and physical health. This lays the foundation for well-being that can last a lifetime.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you effectively on your journey toward healing and growth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
