During my internship, I had the privilege of being part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians at Rush University Medical Center, where we collaborated to discuss cases and design treatment plans. This experience taught me the importance of an integrative approach to wellness, which I carry into my practice today. I believe that healing is not a linear journey but a dynamic process that ebbs and flows. My approach to therapy incorporates the fundamental principles of traditional psychotherapy with a holistic perspective, aiming to reach the deepest healing possible. I specialize in helping clients navigate family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and medical issues or physical health concerns.
