What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a safe, supportive space where clients can express themselves openly, feel heard, and experience validation. Together, we’ll explore strategies to move forward with mindfulness and self-compassion. My approach integrates the Bowen Family Systems model and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while remaining adaptable to meet each individual’s unique needs. I take great joy in empowering others to break through barriers, enhance communication, and reach their goals. I provide clients with practical tools that foster self-reflection, personal responsibility, confidence, and a growth mindset.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I hold a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Counseling from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin. I am currently an LPC-Associate under the supervision of Lauren Jones, LPC-S. NOT in-network with Medicare or Medicaid.
