I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been working in mental health for over two years. I primarily work with clients who are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, abuse, relationship or self-esteem issues, and substance use disorders. I value working with a diverse range of people from various socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, ages, and diagnoses. I help my clients, regardless of their challenges, grow into the version of themselves they want to be. How often do you get asked the question, “How are you?” How often do you answer that question authentically? When you come into my office, I want you to feel comfortable answering that question truthfully. Every individual has unique counseling needs, and I tailor my sessions to those needs. My approach draws from different theoretical orientations, including EMDR, ACT, person-centered therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based therapy. I offer therapy for depression and anxiety, healing for trauma and abuse survivors, and young adults navigating life transitions. Together, we will navigate through challenges, life decisions, and traumas, and utilize strategies to help you grow into the person you want to be.
