She has a fundamental belief that each person possesses unique qualities and strengths, that once identified, can produce significant change and growth. Additionally, Elyse is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. She aims to empower women and their partners as they navigate parenthood by addressing difficulties with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, enhancing emotional support, and adjusting to a new identity and role transition. Parenthood can be overwhelming, but the journey does not have to be walked alone. Elyse is also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and PREPARE-ENRICH to help clients achieve a deeper connection with their significant other.
