I provide a holistic approach to therapy and will typically utilize evidence-based therapy modalities such as CBT alongside other modalities that are appropriate given your goals for therapy.

In our first session, we'll begin with brief introductions before exploring the specific challenges you're currently facing. This will allow me to develop a customized plan to address these issues in our future sessions.
