As a Provisionally Licensed Therapist, LMSW, my focus is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing depression, generalized anxiety disorder, trauma, anger management, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be individualized and grounded in each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My approach is collaborative and may incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Together, we can explore what may be getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change in a supportive environment. I am under the clinical supervision of Jasmine Price, LPC.
