What is your typical process for working with clients?

The tools I incorporate in my work, involve mindfulness meditation, guided imagery and therapeutic writing. I also use techniques derived from internal family systems, transpersonal therapy and somatic processing. In addition to psychotherapy I am also offering intuitive coaching, as well as psychedelic education and integration.
