Getting to know Emily Clark

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and supportive. Our first steps will be creating a space where you feel safe. The therapy process is then guided by your needs and preferences. Together, we will explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. Difficulties in life are normal. You are not alone. With a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University, I will be by your side as we figure out what feels right for you and the best ways for you to achieve your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Areas I specialize in: improved communication in existing relationships and breaking the cycle of choosing the "wrong" partner again and again. Understanding and recovering from narcissistic parents or emotional abuse/neglect. Self-esteem, anxiety, depression, separation/divorce, and women's issues including relief from PMS, and menopausal symptoms.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
