What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a New York City based psychotherapist with over five years of practice experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I graduated from Simmons University in Boston, MA with my Master's of Social Work degree in 2018. Ever since, I have work at community-based mental health clinics and have established my own private practice. Through my experience in the field and ongoing professional education, I have worked with individuals living with symptoms of depression, loss and grief, trauma, manic episodes, addictions, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship challenges and life transitions. I have found that connecting with a provider who can see things from your personal perspective is essential towards navigating through challenges that bring you into treatment. This is why I provide a client-centered, empathic approach, positive empowerment, and clinically proven interventions to assist with making impactful, lasting changes throughout the course of your treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will partner together to develop an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your personal goals. Throughout our sessions you will likely gain a deeper sense of personal insight to lead a happier and healthier life. Whether you are facing symptoms of depression, anxiety, a challenging life transition, or you are looking to develop a deeper sense of self-understanding, you can gain effective tools to navigate these concerns through your therapeutic process.
