I have a warm and validating approach and value client autonomy. My goal is for clients to feel supported as well as empowered to achieve growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call to give clients the chance to speak with me, share what they would like to work on in therapy, ask questions about the process, and discuss whether working together would be a good fit. From there, I will schedule an intake sessions with clients and begin the process of supporting the client and their individual needs.
