What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy is a collaborative process and work closely with each person to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to address each individual's needs.
