The provider is an (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist) and (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor) and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is (Change Within Reach) You've probably been sitting with something for a while before landing here. Maybe it's ruminating thoughts that won't quiet down, or something from your past that keeps showing up uninvited. Maybe you're not even sure how to name it yet, but you know something needs to change. I get it. And I genuinely believe that the right support can be life-changing. My path into this work wasn't accidental. Early on, I saw firsthand how much untreated mental health struggles can cost a person. I also saw how much compassionate, high-quality care can give back. That stayed with me. I’ve worked in community mental health, high-acuity programs, and schools, where people were navigating serious mental illness, housing instability and crisis, medical issues, and chronic pain. These experiences have opened my eyes to how remarkably resilient people are when they feel truly supported and are working with the right provider.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our work together, I'm not going to hand you a worksheet on day one. I'd rather understand who you are first. I work at your pace, I follow your lead on goals, and I try to challenge you only once we’ve built a foundation for a successful therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating OCD, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, self-esteem, aging, and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I primarily use CBT, psychodynamic, integrative, and person-centered approaches. The most important thing to me is whether our work together is actually helping you, so I will incorporate other approaches, like motivational interviewing and solution-focused psychotherapy, as they’re needed. In sessions, I value collaboration in goal setting, education on interventions, and open conversations on what is and isn’t working.
