My clinical approach is trauma-informed, strength-based, intersectional, and person-centered while utilizing psychodynamic and somatic modalities. I have experience working with individuals who face difficulties with stress, anxiety, loss, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship/family issues, identity development, trauma, burnout, and more.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to explore your personal history and encounter internal thought patterns, behaviors, and emotions while reclaiming a path toward security and equilibrium.
