In our sessions, we will work on building skills to help you face challenging times in the future, confront past traumas, and find the strength to enforce boundaries essential for the self-care you deserve. Sessions with me focus on a client-centered approach where you will be shown empathy and listened to without judgment. I believe that you are the expert in our sessions, and I am here to help guide you as we explore and understand your feelings and experiences together. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Idaho State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. Together, we can tailor a therapeutic approach that fits your individual needs. When you are sitting in sessions with me, you won't be going on that journey alone-I will be with you every step of the way.
