Psychotherapist
PA
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here! I believe that therapy is a space for reclaiming your story, reconnecting with your strengths, and discovering new ways to move forward with clarity and confidence. I am a licensed associate professional counselor and I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Chatham University. I’ve had the privilege of working in both community mental health and private practice settings, supporting clients from all walks of life. I work with individuals and couples ages 14 and up, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, those exploring self-identity, and women navigating life’s transitions. My areas of expertise include identity development, betrayal trauma recovery, relationship challenges, trauma, and the complex emotions that come with growing, healing, and being human. I offer an affirming, inclusive, and collaborative space where you can show up fully as yourself. Whether you're questioning who you are, healing from a difficult experience, or working to build stronger connections, I’m here to support you without judgment. I also have a deep passion for working with LGBTQIA+ couples as they navigate identity, intimacy, and relational growth. As a therapist who identifies as lesbian, I know first hand how validating it is to have a therapist who can understand and validate queer experiences. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy to support insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful change. We’ll work together to explore your story, understand patterns, and find strategies that align with your values and goals. In my free time, I love to go antiquing, read spooky books, and spend time with loved ones and our pets. If you're ready to begin or just considering taking that first step, I’d be honored to connect with you.
