After attending Appalachian State University for undergrad, I received my Masters in Social Work from UNC Wilmington in 2021. I'm passionate about supporting people as they work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, tackle school-related challenges, strengthen sense of self, and navigate adulthood!
