Psychotherapist
WI
In a world filled with uncertainty, it’s easy to feel unsteady or overwhelmed. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that—even amid the unknown—you are resilient and continue to persevere each day. While this understanding doesn’t erase life’s challenges, it can serve as a powerful reminder of the strengths you already carry and the capacity you have to keep moving forward. Therapy can be a space to gently challenge yourself, to nurture growth, and to invest in your ability to flourish. If you’re ready to begin that process, I warmly invite you to reach out so we can take those steps together. I hold the belief that it is a privilege to work with, listen to, and learn from those I serve. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University, and I am currently in my fourth year of doctoral training in Clinical Psychology. No matter where you find yourself in life, I am committed to meeting you with authenticity, warmth, and care—offering a therapeutic space grounded in safety, acceptance, and affirmation.
