I have been a social worker for over 6 years and have provided therapy services in Texas for children, teens, adults, and families for over 3 years. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Metropolitan State University, Denver. My goal is to provide affirmative and empowering care to help folks achieve their goals and understand themselves better.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am experienced in LGBTQ+ treatment, crisis intervention / rapid stabilization, trauma, addiction, and anxiety. I aim to meet you where you are at and provide support and empathy as you decide what steps you want to take to sustain positive change and growth in your life. I look forward to meeting to find out if I’m the right therapist for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We work together to get to know one another and identify your goals for therapy. We decide how frequently we will meet and what we will focus on, and we will check in on progress towards your goals periodically. I often use humor and challenge my patients to explore their thoughts and emotions deeper.
