Psychotherapist
165 E Grove St, Ste B, Middleborough, MA
Serving kids (6-10), teens, and young adults (18-25), I have experience working with children as young as 3 years old. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach in counseling my clients. In therapy, we utilize your strengths to identify strategies and coping skills to manage your needs and develop new skills as your growth and human development unfold. I believe in the importance of establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences as they grow into the best version of themselves. Together, we will diagnose core issues and create a plan to overcome limitations and maximize your strengths. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Springfield College. I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Individual Play Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to create a space where clients can freely express themselves and work toward positive change. I utilize active listening, empathy, and effective communication to ensure that clients feel validated and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
